FEES AND BILLING
FEES & BILLING
Fees are based on reasonable and customary fees charged by local psychologists and counselors. Payments are required at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. Some clients qualify for sliding scale payment arrangements or special payment options depending upon the situation. Payment plans are available if necessary.
INSURANCE
Our office is in-network with and accepts most major insurance carriers, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Our office staff will contact your insurance carrier on your behalf to help determine applicable benefits, deductibles, co-pays, and authorizations. Our office staff will also submit all insurance claims on your behalf.
We will assist in resolving difficulties with authorizations and claim payments directly with your insurance company. Every effort will be given to collect payment from your insurance carrier; however, the client will always have final responsibility for payment of their account.

PAYING YOUR BILL
There are several ways that you can pay your bill at New Life Counseling. All co-payments, payments that apply to a deductible, or co-insurance payments are due at the time you check in for your appointment. We accept cash, checks or credit cards. A credit card can be kept on file in our office and your payments charged to that card each week if you desire. Sometimes after claims are submitted to insurance, the claim pays differently than what we were quoted. If there is a balance on your account you will either be notified at an appointment or you will be sent an invoice in the mail. You can pay the invoice through the mail, you can call our office and pay over the phone with a credit card, or you can click the link below and pay securely through PayPal.
