WHAT OUR ADMIN TEAM DOES
We have a talented team of professionals working in our office who manage the day to day needs of the organization. They are the faces and voices of our organization and make every effort to insure that your visit with us is satisfactory.
The members of the administrative staff are here to help with any questions you may have regarding your appointments, insurance billing and claim payments, client billing issues, and other items that you may need assistance with.
HOW OUR ADMIN TEAM WORKS
After scheduling your initial appointment, they contact your insurance carrier to verify your eligibility and find out information regarding any deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurances that apply to your account so that we can make every attempt to collect an accurate amount at each visit.
They will apply your payments at the time of your visit and will bill your insurance company with 24 hours of your appointment time.
Our billing specialist will then process any payments that are received from the insurance company and make any adjustments that are mandated by our contract with the insurance carrier.
She will also send out a monthly invoice for any amounts that you may be responsible for.
