Over the past few years, we have seen many changes here at New Life specifically related to how we provide services to our clients.  We now operate under a Hybrid model of care meaning that we offer both In-Office and Telehealth appointments to our clients.  Our clinicians work a couple of days in the office and the rest of their schedule they are working from their own home offices providing Telehealth to clients.  This means that our in office appointments are limited.  While you may prefer in office appointments, in order to get you scheduled for an intake appointment, you may have to have your first few appointments via telehealth until your counselor can work you into their In-Office schedule if in office appointments are not immediately available.
