REGAN MEIER, LSW CDCA
Regan Meier is a licensed social worker and chemical dependency counselor assistant with experience treating children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups treating anxiety, depression, school avoidance, abuse, neglect, behavior problems, relationship distress, substance use disorders, moral injury, PTSD, prenatal and postpartum issues, and performance anxiety. Her ability to create a safe space for exploration via Sand Tray Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindful awareness enables her clients to stretch and discover their wiser selves. Regan is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for use with clients who may benefit from exploring how past traumatic experiences impact their quality of life. Regan lives with her family in the Wayne County area and enjoys cooking, gardening, and kayaking.
